Preparing the surface for glueing the base (rod holders)
These bases you could glue with an MS Polymer glue, screw, or rivet them.
the bases are all prepared for that with 3 mm holes in the bottom of the bases

After installing the bases with glue (about 4 -12 hours later depending temperatur) you can start clicking the stainless steel 316L (SS) rods into the bases. They will be connected with the SS springs to each other with no limits. and without problems with shrink !
SAFETY FIRST ! (It is an obligation installing Warning shields on places where people could touch the system)
The SS springs connect the SS rods to each other with no limits. and without problems with shrink ! (push and turn right for an indestructible connection) (Pull and turn right will de-connect !)

Connecting the ZERO BIRDS rods to the pulsgenerator (energizer) we use a special high tension cable which is tested up to 18 KV we use normally never more than 5 Kv and no more than 1 Joule for birds in general. All Zero Birds cables wil be handmade prepared in our company so your install time is on location is the lowest from all systems (comparing other; spike an electro systems.)
